摘要

依据国标GB/T 19941-2005,用色谱法(HPLC)测量皮革中的甲醛含量,建立相应的数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,并对不确定度的各个分量进行评定。标准溶液的配制、工作曲线拟合是不确定度的主要来源,样品称量产生的不确定度最小,可忽略不计。
        According to Chinese Standard GB/T 19941-2005, the content of formaldehyde in leather was measured by HPLC method. The mathematical model was established, and according to this model, each parameter uncertainty source was analysed, and each component of uncertainty was evaluated. The result shows that the preparation of standard solution uncertainty and working curve uncertainty was the main source of uncertainty. And the sample weighing was the minimum source of uncertainty, it can be ignored.
