摘要
针对某型号永磁直流力矩电机电刷与弹簧片的手工钎焊的工艺问题,提出采用精密电阻点焊工艺,并进行了焊接试验,设计了焊接夹具,确定了合适的工艺规范。试验结果表明:利用精密电阻点焊方法焊接电刷与弹簧片,其接头的一致性、机械强度、电气性能及工作寿命均明显高于手工钎焊。从焊接接头的金相组织可以看出,弹簧片与电刷之间以固相连接为主。
        For one type of permanent magnet DC torque motor brush with the spring leaf manual brazing process problems,using precise resistance spot welding process,welding tests were carried out,designed the welding jig,determined the appropriate process specification. Experimental results show that using the method of precise resistance spot welding brush with leaf spring,the consistency of the joint,mechanical strength,electrical properties and service life were significantly higher than of manual brazing. As can be seen from the microstructure of welding joint,spring leaf was given priority to with solidity connection with brush.
