摘要
针对卫浴产品人工钎焊环节存在生产效率低、焊接产品质量一致性差以及工作环境恶劣的现状,设计了一台高频感应自动焊接装置,该装置只需人工简单地装卸即可完成工件的自动高频感应焊接.焊接台一共设置有8个旋转工位,其自动控制系统采用半闭环控制的运行模式,并以可编程逻辑控制器件(PLC)作为其控制核心,遵照工艺流程和时序要求通过电机与气缸传动逐一对工件进行高频焊接.与传统手工钎焊相比,自动焊接装置日钎焊工件从350件提高至1 500件,钎焊件的质量品质和一致性亦有较大幅度的提升,并降低了劳动强度、改善了工作环境.
        In view of the many dissatisfactory factors in the current sanitary industry such as low efficiency in artificially welding, various discrepancies in the quality of welding products and poor working environment, a new design for high frequency induction automatic welding equipment has been invented. This new device can accomplish complicate assignments automatically with basic human handling. There are 8 rotating positions on the welding table and the semi-closed loop control operation mode has been adopted in its automatic control systems along with its core controller programmable logic controller(PLC). High frequency welding on work-pieces through transmission between motor and cylinder is conducted according to production process flow and time sequence. Compared with the traditional manual welding, the automatic welding equipment can increase the daily welding work-pieces from 350 to 1500, the quality and consistency of the welded pieces are substantially improved, labor intensity is reduced, and the working environment is improved.
