切开复位微型钢板内固定术治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折的临床效果分析

摘要
目的分析掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折采用切开复位微型钢板内固定术的临床治疗效果。方法选取62例掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折患者,随机分为试验组与参照组各31例。参照组采用常规手术治疗,试验组行切开复位微型钢板内固定术进行治疗,对比两组骨折痊愈时间、治疗效果以及生活质量改善情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率、患者心理状态、身体功能、社会功能、生理状态等各项评分高于参照组P<0.05);试验组骨折痊愈时间短于参照组,P<0.05。结论治疗掌指关节周围部位创伤骨折采用切开复位微型钢板内固定术,其临床效果显著,患者术后各项功能恢复情况较好,可广泛推广实施运用。
Objective Analysis around the joint parts of traumatic fractures with open reduction and mini plate internal fixation of clinical therapeutic effect.Methods Selected.62 patients with fracture of bone area around the wound, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n = 31). Control group using conventional surgical treatment, treatment group line open reduction and mini plate internal fixation for treatment, compared two groups of fracture healing time, the effect of treatment and improve the quality of life.Results Treatment group total effective rate and patients' psychological state, physical function, social function, physiological state score higher than the control group(P<0.05); Experimental fracture healing time shorter than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of traumatic fracture around the metacarpophalangeal joint by open reduction and internal fixation with micro-plate is effective, and the postoperative functional recovery of the patient is good, which can be widely used.
