老年临床药物不良反应分析及用药安全分析

摘要
目的分析老年人群临床用药的不良反应情况,论述用药安全重要性。方法选择2017年6月—2018年6月期间该院收治的55例老年患者作为此次研究目标,均确诊为药物不良反应情况,记录患者药物不良反应临床症状表现,对比男性患者与女性患者出现药物不良反应差异性,分析年龄对用药不良反应的影响,并归纳不同给药途径、用药种类对不良反应发生率的影响。结果老年男性患者发生不良反应概率54.55%与女性患者45.45%差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.909 1,P>0.05),且60岁以上患者不良反应发生率65.45%高于60岁以下患者34.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.509 1,P<0.05)。其中以肌肉注射方式给药出现不良反应的速度最快,口服用药不良反应发生最慢。结论临床针对老年患者用药时应充分考虑患者自身生理特点,合理选择药物种类及用药方式,进而降低患者发生不良反应的概率,保证用药安全。
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of elderly patients with clinical medication and discuss the importance of medication safety. Methods Fifty-five elderly patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June2018 were selected as the objective of this study. All patients were diagnosed as adverse drug reactions. The clinical symptoms of adverse drug reactions were recorded. The differences of adverse drug reactions between male patients and female patients were compared. The influence of age on adverse drug reactions was analyzed. The effects of different routes of administration and types of medication on the incidence of adverse reactions were also summarized. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 54.55% in elderly male patients and 45.45% in female patients(χ~2=0.909 1, P> 0.05), and 65.45% in patients over 60 years old was higher than 34.55% in patients under 60 years old(χ~2=10.509 1,P < 0.05). Among them, intramuscular injection has the fastest rate of adverse reactions and oral administration has the slowest rate of adverse reactions. Conclusion In order to reduce the probability of adverse reactions in elderly patients and ensure the safety of drug use, it is necessary to fully consider the physiological characteristics of patients and reasonably select the drug types and drug methods.
