摘要

目的:探讨手针疗法配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:完全采用随机抽样法将观察病例分为手针疗法配合手法治疗组50例,中药治疗对照组50例。对两组临床疗效进行评定。结果:治疗组中治愈28例,占56%;好转20例,占40%;无效2例,占4%;总有效率为96%。对照组行药物治疗,治愈16例,占32%;好转23例,占46%;无效11例,占22%;总有效率为78%。两组治愈率比较有显著差异(P≤0.05)。结论:本疗法临床效果显著,疗程较短,安全可靠,无不良反应,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,是临床上治疗LDH比较理想的方法。
        Objective: To explore efficacy of acupuncture plus manpulation on LDH. Methods: 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group, given acupuncture plus manipulation, and the control group, given TCM medicine. Clinical efficacy in two groups was evaluated. Results: In the treatment group, 28 cases were cured(56%); 20 cases were improved(40%); and 2 cases were invalid(4%); the total efficiency was 96%; In the control group, 16 cases were cured(32%); 23 cases were improved(46%); 11 casess were invalid(22%), the total efficiency was 78%(P≤0.05). Conclusion: Treating CHB by acupuncture and manipulation can receive significant efficacy, with a shorter course, safety and no adverse reactions, is an ideal method.
