摘要
梯形波纹腹板钢梁应用广泛,由于存在"手风琴效应",剪力与弯矩主要分别由腹板和翼缘承担.本文运用ANSYS有限元计算分析翼缘弹性正应力,计算表明腹板对翼缘弹性正应力具有一定影响,揭示了翼缘和腹板在共同抵抗外荷载方面的关联性,而"手风琴效应"实质是对腹板的抗弯刚度以及截面翼缘横向弯矩的忽视.本文可为梯形波纹腹板简支钢梁的深入分析提供参考.
        The steel girders with trapezoidal corrugated webs are widely used in many fields.Due to the"accordion effect",the shear force of the trapezoidal corrugated web steel girder is mainly borne by the web,and the bending moment is mainly borne by the flange.In this paper,ANSYS finite element method is used to calculate the elastic normal stress of flange.The calculation shows that the web has a certain influence on the elastic normal stress of the flange and reveals the relevance of flanges and webs in the common resistance to external loads.And the"accordion effect"is essentially the negligence of the bending stiffness of the web and the transverse bending moment in the flange.This paper can provide a reference for the in-depth analysis of the simply supported steel girders with trapezoidal corrugated webs.
