扁桃体切除+鼻内镜下腺样体切除改进手术治疗儿童打鼾的应用

摘要
目的探讨扁桃体切除+鼻内镜下腺样体切除改进手术治疗儿童打鼾的应用效果。方法将2012年1月~2016年12月本科收治的86例患者纳入本研究。对照组采取扁桃体切除术。观察组采取扁桃体切除+鼻内镜下腺样体切除改进手术。观察平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、平均住院时间、疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、平均住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗总有效率97.67%高于对照组的86.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体切除+鼻内镜下腺样体切除改进手术治疗儿童打鼾效果较好,患儿手术时间短、住院时间短,术中出血量少,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the effect of tonsillectomy plus adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods 86 patients admitted to our department from January 2012 to December 2016 were included in this study. The control group was treated with tonsillectomy. The observation group was treated by tonsillectomy plus adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope. The mean operative time, average intraoperative blood loss, average hospital stay, curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The average operation time, mean intraoperative bleeding and average length of hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67% higher than that of the control group 86.05%(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of tonsillectomy and endoscopic adenoidectomy in the treatment of children's snoring is better, the time of operation is short, the time of hospitalization is short, the amount of bleeding in the operation is short, and the clinical application value is high.
