两种草地类型土壤酶活性与土壤养分关系的研究

摘要
为了了解禾草+草原苔草+杂类草和伊犁绢蒿+角果藜2种草地类型土壤酶活性与肥力的关系,采用野外取样与室内分析相结合的方法,对数据进行偏相关和新复极差分析,揭示了2种草地类型土壤酶活性和土壤肥力特性,结果显示:(1)伊犁绢蒿+角果藜类型和禾草+苔草+杂类草类型相同,随着土层加深,土壤肥力含量逐渐减少,但总体来说,禾草+苔草+杂类草类型土壤肥力明显高于伊犁绢蒿+角果藜类型;土壤蔗糖酶活性明显高于土壤脲酶活性和土壤磷酸酶活性,且磷酸酶活性最低;随着土层的加深,三种酶活性也逐渐下降,酶活性季节间差异明显,主要表现为7月15日酶活性最高;(2)在伊犁绢蒿+角果藜类型和禾草+苔草+杂类草类型中,不仅土壤酶活性与土壤肥力之间存在显著相关性,而且土壤肥力内部指标之间也存在显著相关性,偶尔达极显著相关性。
        In order to understand the relationship between soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient in the two types of grasslands, that is, Grass +Carex + Forbs and Seriphidium transiliense + Ceratocarpus arenarius, the paper, by use of the method of field sampling and indoor analysis, analyses partial correlation and new multiple range of the data, reveals the soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient characteristics, the results show:(1)The type of Seriphidium transiliense + Ceratocarpus arenarius and Grass+Carex+ Forbs remains the same,and the soil fertility decreases gradually with deeper soil layer, however, the fertility of Grass+Carex+ Forbs is significantly higher than that of Seriphidium transiliense + Ceratocarpusarenarius, the soil sucrose enzyme activityactivity is obviously higher than the urese activity and soil phosphatsae activity, and the phosphatase activity is the lowest; With the deepening of soil layer, the three activities also decrease with obvious difference between different seasons, of which the activity on July 15 is highest;(2) In the Grass+Carex+Forbs and Seriphidium transiliense + Ceratocarpus arenarius, the obvious correlation lies in not only between soil enzyme activities and soil fertility, but also between soil fertility internal indicators, occasionally reaching a extremely correlation.
