用小切口开窗术治疗腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄的效果分析

摘要
目的:分析腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄应用小切口开窗术治疗效果。方法:随机抽取100例本院自2015年7月-2017年7月收治的腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄患者,随机将其分为对照组(50例)、干预组(50例),对照组实施传统治疗,干预组实施小切口开窗术治疗,分析两组治疗总有效率、临床指标、疼痛程度。结果:治疗有效率对比显示干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);临床指标、疼痛程度对比显示干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄患者临床治疗中,应用小切口开窗术,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of small incision fenestration on lumbar disc herniation combined with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n = 50), intervention group(n = 50) Control group to implement the traditional treatment,the intervention group to implement a small incision fenestration treatment, analysis of two groups total effective rate of treatment, clinical indicators, the degree of pain. Results: Comparison of treatment efficiency showed that the intervention group was higher than the control group(P <0.05). The comparison of clinical indexes and pain degree showed that the intervention group was lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation complicated with lumbar spinal stenosis, the application of small incision fenestration, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
