摘要
采用真空自耗电弧炉熔炼制备了Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe和Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe-0.05V合金,通过OM、SEM和XRD观察分析了两种合金的金相组织、第二相粒子以及在360℃、18.6MPa条件下在LiOH与硼酸配制的Li+B水溶液中长期腐蚀后的腐蚀氧化膜相组成,研究了V对Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe合金微观组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe合金中添加0.05%的V能够细化组织晶粒,形成尺寸较小且弥散分布的第二相粒子,并改变Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe合金在Li+B水溶液中氧化膜微晶结构,具有稳定氧化膜的四方相(tZrO_2),提高了合金在360℃、18.6MPa条件下的Li+B水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。
        Two alloys of Zr-1 Nb-0.1 Fe and Zr-1 Nb-0.1 Fe-0.05 V(mass fraction,%)alloy were prepared by vacuum consumable arc furnace smelting method.The microstructure,second phase particles and phase composition of oxide film formed after long-time corroding at 360℃and 18.6 MPa in Li+B aqueous solution were analyzed by OM,SEM and XRD,and effects of the addition of V on microstructure and corrosion resistance of the Zr-1 Nb-0.1 Fe alloy were investigated.The results show that the addition of V in Zr-1 Nb-0.1 Fe can refine the grain size and form the tiny and dispersedly distributed second phase particle as well as changing the phase structure of oxide film,stabling the tetragonal phase in oxide film and improve corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy in aqueous solution with Li+B at 360℃、18.6 MPa.
