高温扩散时间对4Cr5MoSiV1钢组织及共晶碳化物的影响

摘要
对4Cr5MoSiV1钢小规格锻件进行1250℃不同保温时间下高温扩散热处理试验,利用低倍酸洗、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法和设备,研究了不同高温扩散退火时间对其组织和共晶碳化物的影响。结果表明:高温扩散后,4Cr5MoSiV1钢小锻件的低倍组织中粗大枝晶明显消除,无疏松、缩孔等铸坯缺陷;扩散退火15 h晶粒异常粗大,晶界熔化;扩散退火10 h对共晶碳化物尺寸减小量小且出现魏氏体组织;扩散退火5 h后,显微组织无魏氏体组织和晶界烧熔,共晶碳化物最大尺寸大幅度减小。因此,扩散退火5 h可作为4Cr5MoSiV1钢小锻件锻后高温扩散最优退火时间。
        The high temperature diffusion heat treatment of 4 Cr5 MoSiV1 steel small forgings was carried out at 1250 ℃for different holding time, the effect of high temperature diffusion annealing time on microstructure and eutectic carbides of4 Cr5 MoSiV1 steel was studied by means of low-power acid pickling, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and other methods and equipment. The results show that, after the high temperature diffusion, the coarse dendrite is obviously eliminated without porosity, shrinkage and other defects. After 15 h diffusion annealing, the grain size is unusually coarse and the grain boundary melts. The size reduction of eutectic carbides after diffusion annealing for 10 h is small and the Widmanstatten structure appears. After diffusion annealing for 5 h, there is no Widmanstatten structure and grain boundary melting in the microstructure, and the maximum size of eutectic carbides is greatly reduced. Therefore, diffusion annealing for5 h can be used as the best annealing time of high temperature diffusion for small 4 Cr5 MoSiV1 steel forgings.
