摘要
介绍了采用4因素3水平正交试验,研究一种含钼镍铬基耐热合金在不同热加工条件下的变形均匀性及组织优劣,筛选出该合金较优的热加工工艺参数的试验过程。研究了采用不同均热温度、均热时间扩散热处理后的试样,进行不同变形量和变形温度的单道次变形。结果表明,影响压缩变形均匀性及组织优劣的因素关键性依次为:变形温度、均热温度、均热时间。确定了该合金在1 160℃进行10 h扩散处理,并在1 160℃进行压缩变形,可获得均匀的变形条件和优良的组织。
The orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels was introduced to study the deformation uniformity and structure of a heat-resistant alloy containing Mo-Ni-Cr under different hot working conditions. The optimum experimental process of hot working parameters of the alloy was screened out. The specimens after diffusion heat treatment with different soaking temperature and soaking time were studied for single pass deformation with different deformation and temperature. The results showthat the key factors affecting the uniformity of compression deformation and structure are deformation temperature,soaking temperature and soaking time. The homogeneous deformation conditions and fine structure of the alloy can be obtained by diffusion treatment at 1 160 ℃ for 10 h and compression deformation at 1 160 ℃.
