心理测量对临床心理护理的指导作用

摘要
目的探讨心理测量对临床心理护理的指导作用。方法选取2018年1～6月期间本院精神科接收的患者25例作为观察组,2017年7～12月接收的精神性疾病患者25例作为对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用心理测量后进行针对性心理护理干预,对比两组患者临床疗效及SAS、SDS评分情况。结果观察组SAS评分为(38.65±6.47)分、SDS评分为(33.56±6.84)分下降程度较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效较对照组优(92.00%vs. 64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合心理测量结果,对精神科患者采取针对性心理护理措施能有效改善心理情况,缓解焦虑、抑郁症状,提高疾病治愈率,对疾病的治疗有着重要的指导作用。
Objective To explore the guiding role of psychological measurement in clinical psychological nursing.Methods 25 patients in the department of psychology in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as observation group. 25 patients with mental illness received from July to December 2017 were selected as control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with targeted psychological nursing intervention after psychological measurement. The clinical efficacy, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS scores were(38.65±6.47) points and SDS scores were(33.56±6.84) points were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group(92.00%) was better than that of the control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with psychological measurement results,targeted psychological nursing measures for psychiatric patients can effectively improve psychological conditions, alleviate anxiety and depressive symptoms, improve the cure rate of diseases, and play an important guiding role in the treatment of diseases.
