摘要
激光打标是利用高能量密度激光对物体表面进行局部照射,使表层材料汽化或发生变化,从而留下永久性标记的一种打标方法。本文简要介绍了激光打标技术及其优点,并采用振镜式光纤激光打标机对多种材料表面进行了激光打标,展示了激光打标技术的优越性。
Laser marking is a marking method which uses high energy density laser to irradiate the surface of the object, making the surface material vaporize or change, thus leaving permanent marking. This paper briefly introduces the working principle and advantages of laser marking machine technology. Laser marking on the surface of various materials was carried out by using a galvanometer type fiber laser marking machine, showing the superiority of laser marking technology.
