摘要
对新型永磁传动装置在高压风机系统的节能应用探索和研究。利用磁力驱动高压电机与高压风机之间非接触的扭力传递,在从动转子产生的磁场中切割磁力线,产生感应磁场,通过磁场之间相互作用力,驱动负载工作,实现扭力的传递。通过调整气隙的大小,实现对负载的无级调速。
Research on the power saving of permanent magnet transmission device in VLA high voltage fan system.Drive the non-contact torque transmit between high voltage motor and fan by using magnetic force. In the magnetic field generated by the driven rotor, the magnetic field line is cut and induced magnetic field is generated. Magnetic field interaction to drives load work, torque transmit. Adjust speed of the load through adjusting width of air gauge.
