高校学生网络借贷风险应急预案构建初探——基于江西省某高校相关案例库的分析

摘要
当前高校在防范和处置学生网络借贷风险的机制建设方面,有必要引入和构建应急预案措施和制度。通过对江西省某高校学生涉足网络借贷案例库提供的典型案例的分析,发现这一群体参与网络借贷存在多方面的风险点,有效预防和妥善处置这些风险,高校应当在准确识别和科学评估风险的"致灾因子"的基础上,针对学生网络借贷事件初步曝光、中度曝光和严重曝光三个阶段分别设计和构建与之相匹配的应急预案。
At present, it is necessary for colleges and universities to introduce and construct emergency plan measures and systems in order to prevent and address the risks of students' online lending. Through the analysis of the typical cases provided by the case base of a university in Jiangxi Province, it is found that the students are faced with risks when they are involved in network lending. In order to prevent effectively and handle properly the risk, the colleges and universities should design and construct emergency plans according to the different levels of exposure of online lending, based on accurately identifying and scientifically evaluating the" risk-causing factors".
