摘要

本文以南京浦口为例,通过管线普查、管线信息系统建设及管理模式的创新,形成了"事前、事中、事后"全过程监管的闭合管理的新机制,在机制新建立后,出现的问题梳理与探讨。
        This paper to Pukou,Nanjing as an example,through the general survey of pipeline,pipeline information system construction and management mode of innovation,In this paper,the new mechanism of the whole process supervision of the whole process of the whole process of "advance,accident and post-accident" is formed,and the problems that emerge after the establishment of the mechanism are discussed and discussed.
