摘要

介绍了城市规划的基本内容,分析了城市规划管理目前存在的一些问题,从规划编制、规划调整程序、规划审批、批后管理等方面,提出了提高城市规划管理质量的可行策略,有利于保证城市规划开展的有序进行,实现城市的可持续发展。
        Introduces basic city planning contents,analyzes problems existing in current city planning management,puts forward feasible strategies of improving city planning management quality from aspects of planning compilation,planning adjustment program,planning approval and after-approval management,which will be good for guaranteeing orderly city planning and realizing sustainable city development as well.
