智能摄像头用户需求的年龄效应研究

摘要
目的研究智能摄像头用户需求及其年龄效应。方法本文首先整理了20种国内外智能摄像头的文献,总结出3种使用情景,然后通过对24位老年人和24位年轻人的基于情景的访谈,探究老年人和年轻人对智能摄像头的使用需求和意愿。结果 (1)在3种使用情景中,被试更注重危险预警带给自己的帮助;(2)人们的使用意愿没有受到年龄、居住状况和身体状况的影响,但在年龄和角色(自己使用智能摄像头照看他人和他人使用智能摄像头照看自己)之间存在显著交互效应。结论对于智能摄像头的用户需求已从传统监控扩展到危险的事前预防。老年人和年轻人的使用意愿在不同角色时明显不同。本文的研究成果有助于指导以后智能摄像头的设计。
Objective This study explored the user needs of smart camera and its age effect. Methods In this article,we collected data of 20 kinds of domestic and foreign smart camera,and three usage scenarios were summarized. Then scenario-based interviews with 24 elderly people and 24 young people were organized to explore their usage intention of smart camera. Results(1) In the three usage scenarios,the participants paid more attention to the help from the danger warning;(2) people's willingness to use was not affected by age,living and physical condition,but in age and role(use your smart camera to look at others and vice versa) there is a significant interaction. Conclusion User needs for smart camera have expanded from traditional monitoring to danger precaution. The willingness of the elderly and young people to use smart camera is significantly different in different roles. The research results will help the design of smart camera in the future.
