阻燃交织针织物的制备与性能分析

摘要
采用阻燃黏胶纱线和阻燃腈纶纱线进行交织,分别制备了5种不同交织比例的针织物试样,测试分析了织物的力学性能、舒适性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:当织物中所含阻燃腈纶纱线比例较高时,织物的顶破、耐磨、保温和阻燃性能较好;当织物中所含阻燃黏胶纱线比例较高时,织物的透湿、芯吸和吸放湿性能较好;织物的透气性能与织物中两种纱线的交织比例关系不大。
        Five kinds of knitted fabric samples with different proportions of interweave were prepared by flame retardant viscose yarn and flame retardant acrylic yarn. The mechanical, comfortable and flame retardant properties of the fabric were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the proportion of flame-retardant acrylic yarn in the fabric is high, the fabric′s bursting, abrasion resistance, heat preservation and flame retardant properties are better. When the proportion of flame retardant viscose yarn is high, the moisture permeability, wicking, moisture absorption and liberation performance of the fabric are good. The air permeability of the fabric has little relation with the proportion of the two yarns in the fabric.
