应用型本科院校专业预警与专业退出机制研究

摘要
介绍了专业预警机制的评估指标,指标包扩4个一级指标,16个二级指标。从企业情况与需求、就业情况、专业建设、学生情况等方面分析了专业预警评估指标体系。阐述了专业退出机制在实行过程中遇到的问题:利益冲突、价值偏离。提出了建立健全专业预警与专业退出机制的对策:对就业率很低的专业停止招生或隔年招生,修改课程体系,实行校企双向聘用人员制度。只有建立健全专业预警与专业退出机制,才能实现大学生充分就业,从而保证应用型本科院校的健康发展。
The evaluation indicators of professional early warning mechanism are introduced. The indicators include 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. The index system of professional early warning and evaluation is analyzed from the aspects of enterprise situation and demand,employment situation,specialty construction and students' situation. It expounds the problems encountered in the implementation of professional withdrawal mechanism. The countermeasures of establishing and perfecting the mechanism of professional early warning and professional withdrawal are put forward,such as to stop enrollment or enrollment every other year for specialties with low employment rate,to modify curriculum system,and to implement system of two-way employment between schools and enterprises. Only by establishing and perfecting the mechanism of professional early warning and professional withdrawal can college students be fully employed,thus ensuring the healthy development of applied undergraduate colleges.
