高职“孵化式双创教学模式”的探索与实践

摘要
"双创"课堂教学模式是以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基本价值取向的多元化课堂教学形式。这种教学模式要求教师具备高素质、创新型、实践型等教学技能,才能培养出具有敢于探索、突破常规、勇于创新的高素质创新创业复合型人才。高校的核心任务是培养创新型人才。只有培养创新型人才,大学生的创新创业才能满足社会的现实需求,要实现这一目标,必须把创新与学科专业相结合,把创业与市场相结合,提高大学生就业能力,更好地适应社会。
The classroom teaching mode of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is a diversified classroom teaching form which regards the cultivation of people's creative spirit and innovative ability as the basic value orientation. This kind of teaching mode requires teachers have high-quality, innovative and practical teaching skills, so that they can cultivate high-quality creative and entrepreneurial compound talents. The core task of colleges and universities is to train innovative talents. Only by training innovative talents, can the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students meet the realistic demand of society and become the source of talents driven by national innovation. In order to achieve this goal, it must combine innovation with subject specialty, combine entrepreneurship with market, improve college students' employment ability and adapt to society better.
