摘要

井冈山精神融入高职院校青年干部理想信念教育在实践领域的探索研究是具有实际意义的。高职院校应把握职业教育未来发展态势,立足省情校情实际,挖掘井冈山精神醇厚内涵,创新分类阶梯立式培训模式,构建"四维一体"的青年干部培训体系,有效推动井冈山精神与青年干部理想信念教育的精准深度融入。
        it is of great practical significance to study the integration of Jinggangshan spirit into the ideal and belief education of young cadres in higher vocational colleges. Based on the actual situation of its own and the province where it is located in, higher vocational colleges should grasp the future development trend of higher vocational education, tap the rich connotation of Jinggangshan spirit, innovate the classified and ladder vertical training mode, construct a "four-dimensional integration" training system for young cadres, so as to effectively promote the integration of Jinggangshan spirit into the ideal and belief education of young cadres.
