摘要
各种纤维的用量配比对抄取无石棉密封垫片的性能有很大影响,将玄武岩纤维引入其中,以QY复合棉纤维用量、玄武岩纤维用量、纸浆纤维用量为主要因素,设计3因素3水平的正交试验,研究各纤维用量对垫片压缩率、回弹率及拉伸性能的影响,从而确定各纤维用量对垫片压缩率、回弹率、拉伸强度影响的主要因素及最优用量。结果表明:当QY复合棉纤维用量为28%、玄武岩纤维用量为2%、纸浆纤维用量为10%时,所制得垫片的压缩率为12.55%,回弹率为53.13%,拉伸强度为15.01 MPa。
        The ratio of the amount of various fibers has a great influence on the performance of the non-asbestos gasket. The basalt fiber is used in this paper. QY composite cotton fiber, basalt fiber and pulp fiber are considered to be the major factors, three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment was designed to investigated the effect of these factors on the the compressive property and recovery, tensile strength of the gasket. Therefore, the main factors and the optimal fiber proportion are determined. The results illustrate that when the amount of QY composite cotton fiber is 28%, the amount of basalt fiber is 2%, and the amount of pulp fiber is 10%, the compression ratio of the prepared gasket is 12.55%, the rebound rate is 53.13%, and the tensile strength is obtained. It is 15.01 MPa.
