摘要
本文对国内典型无石棉辊压材料复合板进行了压缩率、回弹率、耐介质性、热老化性等性能的试验研究,旨在找到一种能够代替石棉复合密封材料。经过一定的验证试验,结果表明:无石棉辊压材料复合板具有较好的使用性能,能够适应多种使用工况,为进一步开展无石棉辊压复合板的性能研究奠定了基础。
This article is an experimental research on the properties including compression resilience ratio, medium resistance and thermal ageing of the domestic typical composite panel made from non-asbestos rolling materials.Aimed at finding a way to replace asbestos composite sealing material, after a certain validation tests, the results showed that the composite panel made from nonasbetos rolling materials has better performance, are able to adapt to a variety of using conditions, this test laid a solid foundation for the further study on the properties of non-asbestos rolling composite panel.
