摘要
为研究新型糖尿病药物的作用机理提供具有良好生理活性的胰岛单细胞,提出了一种改良的急性分离胰岛单细胞的方法,以大鼠麻醉后,采用胶原酶V内外联合消化法,手动挑选胰岛后用0.005%的低浓度胰蛋白酶分离胰岛单细胞。结果表明:该方法分离的胰岛单细胞具有良好活性,是一种有效的分离方法,同时也具有低成本的优点。
        An improved method for the isolation of islet single cells was developed., providing islet single cells with good physiological activity for studying the working mechanism of new diabetes drugs. After rats anesthetized, the islet was manually selected by collagenase V internal and external digestion, and islet cells were separated by 0.005% low concentration trypsin. The islet single cells isolated by this method have good activity and this method is an effective separation method with the advantages of low cost.
