神经胶质瘤对替莫唑胺耐药机制的研究
摘要
神经胶质瘤(glioma)是临床上最常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤。替莫唑胺(TMZ)是临床上治疗神经胶质瘤的一线化疗药物。在使用TMZ治疗神经胶质瘤时,神经胶质瘤易对TMZ产生耐药性。因此,使用TMZ对神经胶质瘤患者进行治疗的有效率不足45%。本次研究主要是探讨神经信号通路与神经胶质瘤对TMZ产生耐药性的关系,以便为临床治疗神经胶质瘤提供参考。
