粤港澳大湾区科技创新共同体建设思路与对策研究

摘要
从科技创新协同视角对粤港澳大湾区科技创新发展现状进行梳理,分析构建粤港澳大湾区科技创新共同体中存在的问题,探讨建设粤港澳大湾区科技创新共同体的对策建议,提出粤港澳大湾区科技创新要在培育高水平产业创新集群、打造技术创新体系、构建创新创业生态环境、实施科技创新行动计划、推进创新要素互通互联等方面入手,通过加快推进粤港澳大湾区一体化发展,努力把大湾区建设成为全球重要的高端制造业和国际科技、产业创新中心。
This paper reviews the current situation of the technological innovation development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Creater Bay Area from the view of technological innovation synergy, analyzes the existing problems in the process of development, and puts forward the ways to construct the technological innovation community in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Creater Bay Area from cultivating high-level industrial innovation cluster, creating technological innovation system,constructing ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, implementing action plan for scientific and technological innovation, and promoting interconnection of innovation elements. In order to accelerates the integrated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area,we will step up efforts to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area into the world's most important high-end manufacturing, and international innovation center for science and technology and industry.
