摘要
利益能否合理分配,会直接影响到VMI&TPL模式的运作效果。在需求确定的情况下,以供应链上游段VMI&TPL模式为研究对象,分别对实施VMI前后的情形建立经济效果模型,并利用最大熵值法对VMI&TPL模式所得利润进行分配,最后通过算例分析对提出的利益分配方式进行验证。结果表明:虽然实施VMI增加了供应商的库存风险,但利用最大熵值法对利润进行分配时,能够对供应商进行相应的补偿,实现了利润的合理分配。
        Reasonable distribution of benefits,will directly affect the operation of the VMI&TPL model. In the case of demand determination,the VMI & TPL model in the upper supply chain is taken as the research object. The model of economic effects on the implementation of VMI before and after the establishment is built,and the allocation of profits derived from the VMI&TPL model using the maximum entropy method is made through analyzing the examples to verify the proposed profit distribution mode.The results show that although the implementation of VMI increases the risk of inventory,but using the maximum entropy method for the distribution of profits,can make the corresponding compensation to the supplier,to achieve a reasonable distribution of profits.
