摘要
不动管柱连续分层压裂作业时没有高压大直径的投球器,投球打滑套时必须停泵从井口投钢球,存在施工和安全风险。鉴于此,研制了连续分层压裂投球器。该投球器可在带压70MPa条件下,通过远程控制投15个直径20~75 mm的钢球,测球器检测钢球投入情况,确保每次只能投入1个钢球,实现不停泵连续施工。现场6口井的应用结果表明,连续分层压裂投球器可按照预定的程序,顺利在每层压裂作业时准确投球,测球计球无误。该产品的成功研制提高了不动管柱连续分层压裂作业的安全性。
        Because of the lack of high pressure large diameter ball injector for multistage fracturing without pulling string,frac ball must be dropped from the wellhead during pumping off to open the frac sleeve,thus presenting operation safety risk. In view of this,continuous multistage fracturing ball injector has been developed. The ball injector could inject 15 balls with the diameter range of 20 ~ 75 mm under the pressure of 70 MPa by remote control. The ball injecting measuring device is used to detect the ball injecting,making sure one ball per injection. The ball injecting could be achieved without pumping off. Field application results of six wells showed that the ball injector could inject the ball accurately during each stage fracturing in accordance with the predetermined program,with correct ball measurement.
