摘要
介绍了一个种新型手动操作的投球器。它改变了原来稠油井投球配汽过程靠操作人员倒闸门、倒流程操作的状况。本技术采用可靠的设计原理,使球架处在一个接近平衡的受力系统中,降低了球架飞出伤人的可能性,使操作人员的生命安全得到了保证。同时减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了蒸汽利用率。灵活可靠的擒纵机构使球在自重力和蒸汽汽流的共同作用下顺利进入隔热管,使投球成功率达到100%以上。该投球器操作简单,灵活可靠,适应性强。在曙光油田的稠油、超稠油区块先后成功投入使用,证明RQT-I型投球器技术成熟,达到了现场应用水平,符合当前生产的需要。
        A new manual operated pitching device was introduced.It has changed the original pitching process for steam distribution of heavy oil wells.This device uses a reliable design principle,the ball rack is in a near balanced force system,which can reduce the possibility of the ball rack flying out to cause personal injury,and this device can reduce the labor intensity and improve steam utilization.Flexible and reliable escapement can make the ball smoothly enter into the insulation tube under the joint action of gravity and steam flow,pitching success rate can reach to 100%.This pitching device has simple and flexible operation,strong adaptability.Its successful application in Shuguang oilfield has proved that the pitching device RQT-I can reach to the level of field application and meet the needs of current production.
