摘要
目的通过比较T1WI、T2WI、DWI及SWI序列诊断脑小血管病微出血病灶的准确性,探讨不同MR扫描序列的诊断价值。方法收集西部战区总医院医学影像科2018年3月至7月临床诊断为CSVD、并接受T1WI、T2WI、DWI及SWI序列扫描患者66例的影像资料,比较微出血病灶的数量和大小。结果 SWI在微出血病灶阳性率和数量上均明显高于其它序列(P<0. 001),且对于同一病灶,SWI序列所测最大径线明显大于其它序列(P<0. 01),病灶更易检出。结论 SWI序列在脑小血管病微出血诊断中具有明显优势,推荐对拟诊为脑小血管病的患者常规应用该序列进行扫描。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of different MR scanning sequences through a comparison among T1 WI,T2 WI,DWI and SWI in diagnostic accuracy of microbleed lesions of cerebral small vessel disease( CSVD). Methods 66 cases with CSVD during the period from Mar.,2018 to July,2018 undergoing MR sequence scanning( T1 WI,T2 WI,DWI and SWI) were selected and the imaging materials were collected; a comparative study was made to the number and size of microbleed lesions. Results The positive rate and lesion number of microbleed lesions by SWI were higher and bigger than those by other sequences( P<0. 001) while the longest diameter line of the same lesion detected by SWI was obviously longer than those detected by other sequences( P<0. 01). Conclusions SWI is much superior to other sequences in diagnosing the microbleeds of CSVD and routine application of this sequence scanning is strongly recommended to cases suspected to be with CSVD.
