摘要
针对矿槽除尘管道生产过程中发生的垮塌事故,进行了详细的现场勘查和图纸复核。基于设计图纸和现场实施的调查情况,建立了设计和施工钢架支撑有限元模型,分析了钢架结构在持续加载过程中结构抗倒塌的力学性能,得出了疏于维保和不按图施工是事故发生的主要原因,同时为类似工程施工和运营提供了相应可行性建议。
        Based on the accident of the dust precipitation pipeline collapses during production,crime scene investigation and recheck drawing has been carrying out detailed.Building the design and construction finite element model of the supporting steel frame based on the design drawing and condition of field construction,analyzing the performance on the structure of collapse resistance,when the steel frame in the process of loading,the main reason for accident happened resulted from maintenance carelessness and illegal operations,some suggestions are presented for the similar construct and maintenance of engineering.
