炒槐花配方颗粒指纹图谱研究

摘要
目的:研究炒槐花配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供更可靠的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,检测波长为257 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),进样体积10μL。结果:初步建立了炒槐花配方颗粒的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,9批次样品中确定了4个特征峰。各成分均能有较好地分离。结论:该方法简便、重复性好,可为炒槐花配方颗粒的鉴别和质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To establish an HPLC characteristic chromatogram of Formula Granule of Flos Sophorae Tostus as a reference for the identification and quality control of this formula granule.Methods:The chromatograms were obtained using the Kromasil-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase comprised of methanol-1% acetic acid aqueous in gradient elution at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1),column temperature 30 ℃,detection wavelength 257 nm and sample size of 10 μL.Results:The HPLC characteristic chromatogram of Flos Sophorae Tostus Formula Granule was preliminarily established and 4 main marker peaks were selected from the 9 samples in the standard characteristic chromatogram.All components can be separated well.Conclusion:The HPLC method is proved to be simple and effective and can provide reference for the identification and quality control of Formula Granule of Flos Sophorae Tostus.
