<正>患者,女,71岁,因"反应迟钝、行走不稳10 h"于2017年10月8日入院。家属代诉:患者当天晨起后出现反应迟钝、语言理解能力下降,交流时找词困难,伴行走不稳、双下肢无力,需人搀扶,遂来本院就诊。既往有"高血压病"病史
