摘要
框架-剪力墙结构为高层建筑常用的一种结构体系,其地震中的震害也比比皆是,为细化其抗震的可靠性,对其受力变形特点进行论述,对其抗震设计的总体要求进行阐述,结合其特点并根据规范确定其抗震性能水平及量化标准,根据其初始侧移模式推导其目标侧移曲线并依据规范的加速度反应谱推出其位移反应谱,最后提出框剪结构性能设计的一般步骤,可用于结构设计的初步论证阶段并为抗震性能设计在结构软件中的实现提供途径参考。
        Frame-shear wall structure was commonly used in high-rise building,whose earthquake damage was also abound.To refine seismic reliability of frame-shear wall structure,its characteristics of stress and deformation were discussed,and the overall requirements of seismic design were elaborated.Combined with its characteristics and according to the specifications,the seismic performance levels and quantitative criteria were determined.And based on its initial lateral mode its objectives lateral curve was derived.In accordance with acceleration response spectrum of norms its displacement response spectrum was launched.Finally,the general procedure of frame-shear wall structure performance design was proposed,which could be used for the initial demonstration phase of structural design and provide a path for the implementation of seismic performance design in structural software.
