摘要
南京尧化门G37地块地上各单体建筑中有2栋高层错层结构:1#办公楼结构屋顶标高114 m,底部8层错层,2#公寓楼结构屋顶标高85 m,底部10层错层,均超过错层的框架-抗震墙结构在7度区的高度限值80 m,文章讨论了错层结构相应的加强措施,提出了抗震性能目标,有效地减少错层对结构抗震造成的不利影响。
Two tall-buildings of structure with staggered stories are to build in Project G37, located in Nanjing City. 1# office building is 114 meters high, consisting of 8 staggered stories at the bottom. 2# apartment is 85 meters high, consisting of 10 staggered stories at the bottom. The building height of both buildings excess the80 meters limit to staggered stories of structure in the seven degree aseismic area, according to the code JGJ3-2010. The buildings are proposed suitable seismic performance objectives, and discussed several safety measures, which help to reduce the adverse seismic effects caused by staggered stories.
