自我饮食管理精细化支持模式在血液透析患者中的应用

摘要
目的观察自我饮食管理精细化支持模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年2月于我院接受维持性血液透析的患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组各35例,对照组接受常规饮食支持干预,试验组接受自我饮食管理精细化支持模式干预,比较2组干预后血液透析饮食知信行评分和对饮食支持护理行为的满意率。结果试验组血液透析饮食知信行评分和饮食支持护理行为满意率均显著高于对照组。结论采用自我饮食管理精细化支持模式对血透患者进行干预,可显著提高患者合理饮食知信行水平及其对饮食支持护理行为的满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of applying the self-diet management fine support model in hemodialysis patients. Methods Totally 70 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis between March 2017 and February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 35, according to a random number table. The control group received the routine dietary intervention, while the experimental group was provided with the intervention based on the self-diet management fine support model. The knowledge, attitude and process(KAP) of the hemodialysis diet and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The KAP and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Adopting the self-diet management fine support model can significantly promote the KAP and nursing satisfaction of patients with the maintenance hemodialysis.
