图文式健康教育路径在脊柱侧弯矫形术患者中的临床应用

摘要
目的:探讨图文式健康教育路径应用于脊柱侧弯矫形术患者的效果。方法:将2012年1月至2017年12月在玉溪市人民医院行脊柱侧弯矫形术患者40例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用传统讲授式健康教育法进行健康宣教,观察组采用图文式健康教育路径的方法进行系统的、有计划的、有针对性的健康宣教,出院前采用科室自制的健康教育知识掌握情况调查表和患者对护理工作满意度调查表进行调查。结果:观察组掌握健康宣教的相关知识、康复锻炼及患者对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:应用图文式健康教育路径的方法,其效果优于传统讲授式健康教育法,提高了健康教育和护理工作的质量,提高了患者的满意度。
        Objective: To discuss the effect of graphic type health education path applied in patients who underwent scoliosis orthopedics. Methods: 40 patients who underwent scoliosis orthopedics between January 2012 and December 2017 in the first department of orthopedics in the People's Hospital of Yuxi City were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group on average. In the control group the traditional lecture method of teaching health education was adopted, while in the observation group the method of graphic type health education path was performed to offer systematic, planned and targeted health education. Before discharge patients in both groups were distributed with self-made questionnaires and surveyed about their mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care. Results: Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had a better understanding of health knowledge and rehabilitation exercise, and had a higher satisfaction with nursing care. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The teaching method of graphic health education path has better effect than the traditional lecture method, improving the quality of health education and nursing care, and enhancing the patients' satisfaction degree.
