早期干预护理在膝关节骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的探究早期护理干预理念应用于膝关节骨折患者中及对其术后关节功能康复效果的影响。方法将近期我院收治的膝关节骨折患者分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用早期护理干预理念。结果经比较,观察组患者的膝关节功能评分优良率为90.0%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。同时,观察组患者的护理总满意率为96.7%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将早期护理干预理念应用于膝关节骨折患者的护理中,能有效改善患者的术后关节功能康复情况,同时提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on patients with knee joint fracture and its effect on postoperative joint function rehabilitation. Methods The patients with knee fractures admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, and the observation group applied the concept of early care intervention on this basis. Results After comparison, the excellent and good knee function scores of the observation group were 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.0%), and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). At the same time, the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the concept of early nursing intervention to the nursing of patients with knee joint fracture can effectively improve the postoperative joint function recovery of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
