护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理在产后大出血产妇救护中的应用

摘要
目的探讨护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理在产后大出血产妇救护中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2—7月于我院收治的产后大出血患者80例,随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组应用常规护理应急预案,观察组应用护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理措施,比较两组患者止血成功率、止血时间、手术时间、住院时间以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者止血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),止血时间、手术时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产后大出血患者救护中应用无缝隙护理与护理应急预案相结合措施可提高止血成功率,缩短住院时间,显著改善患者康复进度。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing emergency plan combined with seamless nursing in maternal ambulance after postpartum hemorrhage. Methods To compared the hemostasis success rate,hemostasis time,operative time,length of hospital stay,and satisfaction with nursing,80 cases of patients had been observed and studied. Subjects were patients admitted in our hospital for postpartum haemorrhage treatment from February to July of 2017,and divided into study group and control group randomly and equally. The control group were merely treated with routine nursing emergency plan,while the study group were treated with nursing emergency plan combined seamless care. Results The success rate of hemostasis in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The hemostasis time,operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Besides,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and self-rating depression scale( SDS) were also lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Patient's satisfaction for nursing in the study group was generally higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of seamless care and nursing emergency plan in the rescue of postpartum hemorrhage patients could improve the success rate of hemostasis,shorten the length of hospital stay,and significantly accelerate the progress of patients' rehabilitation.
