急救技能培训对提高护理应急队员应急水平的作用探讨

摘要
目的分析急救技能培训对提高护理应急队员应急水平的作用。方法以2016年2月—2017年2月间该院急救中心的17名护理应急队员为B组研究主体,未对其实施急救技能培训。以2017年3月—2018年3月间该院急救中心的18名护理应急队员为A组研究主体,为其实施急救技能培训。对比两组的应急水平。结果 A组的各项急救技能评分均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的急救知识评分均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的入院-接受处置时间均短于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的急救流程执行合格率均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为护理应急队员实施急救技能培训,可提高其急救知识与急救技能掌握能力,利于其工作效率提升,具有较高的应用价值。
        Objective To analyze the effect of emergency skill training on the improvement of nursing emergency level of emergency member. Methods 17 cases of nursing emergency member in the emergency center in our hospital from February2016 to February 2017 were selected as the group B, without emergency skill training, and 18 nursing emergency member in the emergency center from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the group A, with emergency skill training, and the emergency level was compared between the two groups. Results Various emergency skill scores in the group A were higher than those in the group B, and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), and the emergency knowledge score in the group A was higher than that in the group B, and the difference was obvious(P<0.05), and the admission-disposal time in the group A were shorter than those in the group B, and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), and the practice qualified rate of emergency flow was higher than that in the group B, and the difference was obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of emergency skill training for nursing emergency staff can improve the emergency knowledge and emergency mastery ability, which is conductive to the improvement of working efficacy, and it is of higher application value.
