摘要
目的探讨营养治疗改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩结局的效果。方法将我院产科接收的孕24~28周符合入选的GDM孕妇60例随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。两组孕妇均实施常规的个体化饮食指导、运动治疗及药物指导;研究组再增加抗氧化营养治疗,均持续至分娩。结果研究组孕妇剖宫产、羊水过多、妊高症、胎儿宫内缺氧及新生儿低血糖比例均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论增加抗氧化剂的营养治疗可降低分娩并发症及新生儿并发症,改善分娩结局,提升母婴安全,值得应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of nutritional therapy on the outcome of delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 60 pregnant women with GDM were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.Both groups of pregnant women were given routine individualized dietary guidance,exercise therapy and drug guidance;the study group were given increased antioxidant nutrition therapy.Results The cesarean section,polyhydramnios,pregnancy-induced hypertension,intrauterine hypoxia and neonatal hypoglycemia of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions Nutritional therapy with increased antioxidants can reduce birth complications and neonatal complications, improve delivery outcomes, and improve maternal and child safety.
