后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术室护理要点分析

摘要
目的:探讨后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术室护理要点分析。方法:将2017年4月-2018年4月在我院骨科行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术的80例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用综合手术室护理,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率、术中各指标、护理满意率。结果:观察组术后腹胀、切口感染、切口延迟愈合、便秘等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组入室时收缩压、舒张压,以及手术时间、手术室时间与对照组相比均明显减少(P <0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折采用综合手术室护理效果更佳,能有效促进手术顺利完成,缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective: To discuss the nursing points of the operation room for the treatment of lumbar fracture with posterior pedicle screw fixation Methods: Eighty patients undergoing posterior pedicle screw internal fixation for lumbar fracture surgery in orthopedics department of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional operating room nursing care and the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing care. The incidence of postoperative complications, intraoperative indexes and nursing satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension, wound infection, delayed wound healing, and constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, operation time and operating room time were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar fracture with posterior pedicle screw fixation by the integrated operating room nursing was of better effect, which could effectively promote the smooth completion of surgery, shorten the operation time, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing, which was of positive clinical significance.
