小儿下肢内踝大隐静脉留置针穿刺技巧及护理

摘要
目的分析患儿下肢内踝大隐静脉留置针穿刺的技巧及护理措施。方法该次选择2018年1月—2019年2月该院收治患儿88例为研究对象,参照计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患儿于下肢内踝大隐静脉最低点进行穿刺,观察组患儿于下肢内踝经脉最高点进行穿刺,均辅以优质护理干预,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿一次穿刺成功率95.45%、首次见回血率97.73%与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患儿二次以上见回血率90.91%明显高于对照组。两组患儿留置时间、并发症发生率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于患儿下肢内踝大隐静脉实施穿刺留置针成功率较高,应注意穿刺技巧的运用,同时做好护理干预。
Objective To analyze the skills and nursing measures of indwelling needle puncture of great saphenous vein in lower limbs of children. Methods In this study, 88 cases of children treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object. Referring to the results of computer selection, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was punctured at the lowest point of the great saphenous vein of the lower extremity medial malleolus, while the observation group was punctured at the highest point of the medial malleolus meridian of the lower extremity, supplemented by high-quality nursing intervention. The differences of puncture-related indicators between the two groups were compared and Long.The indwelling time and complication rate were calculated. Results The success rate(95.45%) of the first puncture and the rate of the first return of blood in the observation group(97.73%)were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05). The rate of return of blood in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.91%).There was no significant difference in indwelling time and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The success rate of puncture and indwelling in the great saphenous vein of the medial malleolus of the lower limbs of children is relatively high, so the application of puncture techniques should be paid attention to, and nursing intervention should be done at the same time to promote the recovery of children's health more quickly.
