摘要
目的探讨林格模式健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后康复的干预效果。方法选取2014年5月至2017年5月间山东省立第三医院收治的行手术治疗的92例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。观察组患者采用林格模式健康教育,对照组患者采用常规健康教育,并将两组患者各安置于不同的病房。统计两组患者进行疼痛教育与管理之后的住院时间、并发症发生情况、功能恢复例数以及复诊例数;考察两组患者在疼痛教育管理以及健康方面掌握知识、掌握技能以及遵医行为的例数;调查并统计患者对护理人员专业管理能力、疼痛教育技能及信任关系三个方面的满意度情况。结果观察组患者住院时间和并发症发生率低于对照组患者,观察组患者功能恢复优良率和复诊率均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者接受健康教育效果各项均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者对护理人员的专业管理能力满意度、对疼痛教育技能满意度和对信任关系满意度评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论林格模式健康教育有助于乳腺癌手术患者掌握健康知识与技能,提高患者遵医意识,促进患者术后尽快恢复健康,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To explore the intervention effect of Ringer's health education model on rehabilitation efficacy in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer were selected at Third Shandong Provincial Hospital from May 2014 to May 2017. According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 46 patients in each group. The observation group received education based on Ringer's mode of health education and the control group was given conventional health education. The two groups of patients were assigned to different wards.The length of hospital stay,complications,functional recovery and the referral number were analyzed after the health education and management. Patients' satisfaction with nurses' professional management ability and the pain education skills and trust were researched. Results The hospitalization time and incidence of complication rate were lower than in the observation group than in the control group,The excellent rate of functional recovery and referral rates were higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P <0. 05). The efficacy of health education was better in the observation group than in the control group( P <0. 05). Patients' satisfaction with nursing staff's professional skills,management ability,pain education and trust relationship were higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion T Ringer's health education model helps improve health knowledge and skills,and compliance awareness,and promote the postoperative recovery as soon as possible in patients with breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
