胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的急救与护理方法分析

摘要
目的:分析胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的急救与护理方法。方法:研究所选对象为某院2013年2月～2016年6月收治的胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者80例,经数字随机方法将全部患者分成两组,对照组和实验组均为40例,全部患者均给予有效的急救治疗,对照组患者在急救治疗的同时选择常规护理,实验组患者则在急救治疗的同时选择综合护理干预。结果:在止血有效率和溃疡愈合率方面,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在住院时间方面,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为患者提供科学和合理的护理干预,进而让临床疗效显著提高,促进患者疾病康复。
Objective:To analyze the first aid and nursing methods of massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods:80patients with massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer admitted in a hospital from February 2013 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups by the numerical stochastic method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were given effective first aid treatment.Patients in the control group were given routine care while receiving emergency treatment,the patients in the experimental group chose comprehensive nursing intervention at the same time of emergency treatment.Results:In terms of hemostatic efficiency and ulcer healing rate,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of length of stay,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing scientific and reasonable nursing intervention for patients can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
