优质护理服务对改善高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求及患者满意度的作用

摘要
目的研究优质护理服务对改善高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求及患者满意度的作用。方法选取在我院收治的92例高危妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,运用系统抽样法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组46例。参照组给予常规护理服务进行干预,研究组在参照组基础上给予优质护理服务进行干预,对两组研究对象的干预效果进行观察分析。结果观察两组研究对象干预前后的产前护理需求发现,干预前两组的护理需求率之间无显著差异(P> 0.05),干预后研究组低于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。观察两组研究对象的患者满意度发现,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。结论优质护理服务对改善高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求及患者满意度的作用显著良好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing services on improving prenatal care needs andpatient satisfaction in high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 92 high-risk pregnant women admitted to ourhospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into reference group and study group by systematic samplingmethod, with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was given interventions for routine nursing services.The studygroup intervened on the basis of the reference group to provide quality nursing services, and observed and analyzedthe intervention effects of the two groups.Results The prenatal care needs of the two groups were observed.There wasno significant difference in the nursing demand rate between the two groups before intervention(P> 0.05).After theintervention, the study group was lower than the control group, P< 0.05.The difference was significant and statisticallysignificant.The patient satisfaction of the two groups was observed.The study group was higher than the controlgroup, P< 0.05.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant.Conclusion Thequality nursing service has a significant effect on improving the prenatal care needs and patient satisfaction of high-riskpregnant women, and it is worthy of clinical application.
