康复期精神分裂症患者自我感受负担与生活质量的相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨康复期精神分裂症患者自我感受负担(SPB)与其生活质量的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在我院住院治疗的85例康复期精神分裂症患者纳入研究中,均接受SPB量表、简明健康12条调查表(SF-12)测评,分析两者的相关性。结果年龄、婚姻、住院次数、费用支付方式是影响康复期精神分裂症患者SPB的主要因素(P <0. 05);本组85例患者的SPB评分平均为(32. 15±5. 23)分,其中,无显著负担3例,轻中度负担75例,重度负担7例;本组患者躯体健康总评(PCS)、精神健康总评(MCS)得分均低于中国常模,差异有统计意义(P <0. 05); SPB与SF-12呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论康复期精神分裂症患者的SPB越重,其生活质量越低,应掌握患者SPB的相关影响因素,实施针对性护理干预,以减轻患者SPB,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the correlation between self-perceived burden( SPB) and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation. Methods To select 85 cases of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as the study subjects,and all of them were evaluated by the SPB scale and the concise 12 items of health questionnaire( SF-12). The relevance of the two scales were analyzed. Results Age,marriage,hospitalization times,and payment method were the main factors affecting SPB in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation( P < 0. 05). The average SPB score of 85 patients in the group was( 32. 15 ± 5. 23) points,of which 3 cases had no significant burden,75 cases had light and moderate burden,and 7 cases had severe burden. The scores of physical component summary( PCS) and mental component summary( MCS) in the group were lower than the Chinese national norm,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The SPB was negatively correlated with SF-12( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The more severe the SPB of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation,the lower the quality of life was. The relevant factors of SPB should be mastered by the nurses and targeted nursing intervention should be implemented to reduce the SPB and improve the quality of life among patients.
